The Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is one of the three engineering faculties of Zhengzhou Shengda University. We mainly serve the equipment manufacturing industry (covering 8 major industrial categories: metal products, general-purpose equipment, special-purpose equipment, automobile manufacturing, railway, ship, aerospace and other transportation equipment, electrical machinery and equipment, computer, communication and other electronic equipment, instruments and meters). We cultivate applied engineering technical talents who are engaged in the design and manufacturing of general production equipment, basic production equipment, safety guarantee equipment and high-tech key equipment for all sectors of the national economy.
The faculty has built a full range of professional laboratories, including Computer Aided Design Laboratory, Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, Sensor and Detection Technology Laboratory, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Laboratory, New Energy Vehicle Laboratory, Metallographic Laboratory, Automobile Structure Laboratory, Process Control Laboratory, Motion Control Laboratory, Computer and Automatic Control Laboratory. These facilities provide reliable support for students to build a sound knowledge system and strengthen professional knowledge education and skill training, and offer high-quality practical training resources for students to improve comprehensive quality, ability empowerment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
